Passersby, dog walkers and small children in Punta Lara might have been surprised (and in some cases excited) to see a mobile crane being used to winch a sofa up to the top floor of a property. The Nerja Household Centre (on Castilla Perez in Nerja) recently undertook this challenging delivery of some sofas to a customer in the winding hilly streets there. The front door of the property was too small to get the sofas through, so instead a crane was used to deliver the sofas through the patio doors on the top floor balcony. Job done.
