The Nerja Donkey Sanctuary is celebrating its 9th birthday on Sunday, 2nd June from 2pm to 8pm. There will be a BBQ, pony rides, live music, a bar and stalls.
The star guest will be Chris Stewart. Older supporters will know that Chris was a founding member (in 1967) of the rock group “Genesis”. He subsequently moved to a farm south of Granada, became a best-selling author, and is also a farmer. He is coming to shear the sanctuary’s sheep, Chuleta, and may also bring his guitar.
