UPDATE SUMMER 2013:  Sloan's has now closed its doors for business.

Sloan's Nerja on Calle Los Huertos is a long established international restaurant run by Sam and Gitta Sloan. The restaurant has a smart indoors dining area and a sunny terrace out the back.

As well as a full a-la-carte menu featuring dishes such as Fillet Steak, Grilled Swordfish Steak and Supreme of Chicken, Sloans also has a selection of All Time Favourites including Tagliatelle Carbonara, Chilli BBQ Rack of Ribs and that British favourite Chicken Tikka Massala.

Vegetarians are also catered for with a range of starters and mains, including the highly recommended Mushroom & Pimiento Stroganoff and the Tandoori Vegetable Massala.

On Sunday's Sloans serves a Sunday Roast with a choice of one, two or thre courses, from €9 with all the trimmings (including Yorkshire puddings).

There are also set two and three course menus from €9.95 and on the first Friday of the month you can also try the Three Course Gourmet Menu.

Finally if you are feeling adventurous (and hungry) you can Eat Your Way Around The World on the last Friday of the month. For just €15 you will be served a selection of small dishes, chosen by the chef, from a range of international dishes from around the world, such as Beef Jalfrezi, Fetuccini Marisco, Prawns Marie and Thai Fish Cakes until you can eat no more.

Prices are very reasonable with starters from €2.95 and main courses from €6.50. Sam Sloan's motto is "Nothing compromises quality" and it shows in the food that is on offer.
