A walk along the old cliff path, Paseo de los Carabineros, that joins Calahonda Beach (next to the Balcon de Europa) to Carabeo Beach. The path has been closed off for years after rock falls made the path too dangerous to stay open. Although the path has been walled off at each end, it can easily be reached from either of the beaches when the sand is in the right place, although the overhanging rocks above make this a risky place to be.
Pictures taken on a windy and overcast January the 16th 2013. Although temperatures reached 17ÂșC today, in the wind it felt decidedly chilly, although this of course didn’t stop visitors walking around in shorts and t-shirts.
