October 2013.  The New Inn has now closed and is now La Viacchi Osteria.

The appropriately named The New Inn is at the Torrecilla beach end of Castilla Perez, in a very convenient location, and has just opened in time for Summer 2013. This smart new bar/restaurant has a full range of beer, wines and cocktails and a British menu made from locally sourced meat and fish including Sunday roasts and full English breakfasts.

Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are served during the day (from 9am), with the kitchen open until 10pm.  As well as the full menu to choose from, there are also traditional home made daily specials on offer, burgers, grills, jacket potatoes and sandwiches, plus a kids menu with favourites such as fish fingers.

A traditional Sunday roast is available on Sundays from midday until 6pm, with a choice of meats (vegetarian option also available), roast potatoes, mash, fresh seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and home made gravy all for €7.95 or €9.95 for two courses.  Booking is advisable.

Thursday nights are Steak Night with two steaks and two glasses of wine for €19.95. On Mondays to Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm you can choose from any bottle of house wine for only €9.00 and all cocktails are just €4.50 each or two for €6.95 - a great way to get your evening off to a good start.
