The Fercomar Apartments Nerja are an anonymous looking block of flats on the eastern side of town, close to Torrecilla and Playazo beaches. The apartments are in an area which has recently been redeveloped and as such are almost brand new. Both the old town centre and the local beaches are within easy flat walking distance, plus there are many bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

The Fercomar Apartments also have their own swimming pool, terrace and underground parking (reservation advised for the parking).

The 2 bedroom apartments have a kitchen and lounge with balcony and there is also lift access.
