Nerja Feria 2012 - Tutti Frutti PlazaNerja Feria 2013 takes place as it has done in previous years in the Calle Carabeo/Los Huertos car park area, starting on Wednesday the 9th of October 2013. The official opening ceremony for the Feria is at the entrance at 8.30pm, accompanied by the Municipal Band and Son Del Arte and the singer Antonio Cortes.

The lights will be switched on at 9.30pm followed by fireworks after which all the attractions will be opened.

At 11.30pm the election for the Queen and Knight of the Feria 2013 will take place in the Caseta Municipal (the large marquee), with dancing from the Academia de Baile de Elena, Ángela Márquez, Dany Vikario, Cristian David Callejón, Sun Diamond and Chandé presented by Mariló Padial and Alberto Díaz.

Thursday 10th October 2013
Midday to 8.30pm – Day Feria in Calles Antonio Millón, Tutti Frutti, Cristo, Gloria and Pintada.

Midday – Caseta Municipal
Children’s entertainment with La Carpa along with entries for the junior Queen and Knight of the Feria for 5-10 year old residents of the town.

1pm – Caseta Municipal
Election of the Junior Queen and Knight of the Feria 2013.

1.30pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”
Performance by “Pacoyo”.

4pm – Calle Antonio Millón:
Music and dancing from Academia de Baile de Elena, Coro Flamenco El Sarao and SON DEL ARTE .

8pm – Iglesia de El Salvador:
Mass at the church on the Balconde Europa in honour of the patron saints of the town accompanied by the Coro de la Peña Nerjeña choir. This will be followed by a procession back to the chapel of Nuestra Señora de las Angustias with fireworks on their arrival.

10pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”:
Opening of the Caseta with a performance by LOS HADOS NEGROS.

11pm – Caseta Municipal:
Performance by the ALALBA orchestra.

Midnight – Caseta Municipal:
Homage to Marifé de Triana, with ANTONIO CORTÉS, JOANA JIMÉNEZ y ERIKA LEIVA.

Friday 11th October 2013
Midday to 8.30pm
Day Feria in Plaza Tutti Frutti and in calles Antonio Millón, Pintada, Cristo y Gloria.

1.30pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”:
Live music with free entry.

2pm – Caseta Municipal: (ticketed)
Homage to the older generation
Coronation of the Queen and Knight of the Feria of the Third Age and the 2013 Grandparents.
Dancing with the Alalba orchestra.

3pm – Plaza Tutti Frutti
2nd Tortillas de Patatas competition with €200 first prize.
Music by Son del Arte.

6pm – Calle Antonio Millón:
Live music with LOS HADOS NEGROS.

10pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”:
Live music with DÚO COMPÁS.

11pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”:
Nerja singer MÓNICA MARQUEZ.

Midday – Iglesia de El Salvador mass in honour of Virgen del Pilar, patron saint of the Guardia Civil.

Day Feria in Calles Antonio Millón, Tutti Frutti, Cristo, Gloria and Pintada.

1pm – Parque Verano Azul:
Grand Parade of floats.
Route: Parque Verano Azul, c/ Antonio Ferrándis Chanquete, c/ Jaén, c/ Diputación, Plaza Cavana, c/ Carmen, Balcón de Europa, c/ Puerta del Mar, c/ Pintada, c/ Herrera Oria, c/ Ruperto Andúez, c/ Frigiliana, ending at Real de la Feria (feria ground).

1.30pm – Caseta Municipal “El Cortijo”:
Live music with Duo Compas (free entry).

6pm – Calle Antonio Millón:
Live rock music with JUKEBOX.
